Links Grill in Atlanta

Not only were the servers incredibly kind, but they were so fast with making my order. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious and I felt right at home as I enjoyed my meal. The perfect place if you want to relax for a bit between flights with some good comfort food. Would absolutely recommend.

Worst food I have ever had at atl airport. The clerk was also a butt hole. Not a person to greet people in the morning. My link location was in C terminal at A30. Just because people are passing thru you cannot treat them any ole way. Especially for the price I paid for food that was suppose to be warm but was cold. Since I was pressed for time I did not open my food until I sit down a bit farther in he airport with no time to return it. The clerk knew this. Shame on Links.

Food okay very expensive lunch

Wow the Scramble Bowl was good, but the portion you get for the price won't even feed your kid! Go somewhere else!

Customer service SUCKS! Stopped to get some food for family on Sunday evening around 6:30 and the two ladies in there working were impossible. The one taking the order wasn’t as bad as the one preparing it; it was as if she didn’t want to be there and our ordering was annoying her. My order and others like mine are the reason she has a job. Geeze! If it had been just me I would have left, but my family really wanted this food. Don’t know who owns this establishment but they need to teach their workers some customer service skills.

The food and service was great. The place is clean.

Good place to grab airplane food. The staff is friendly and grill cook is fast. The hot and spicy is pretty spicy.

The New York dog (warm sauerkraut & spicy mustard) with added grilled onions is tasty and filling.

Meat was great! We had the Italian sausage, jerk link, Chicago link, and chicken strips. All were high quality, and the bread was too! Toppings were fresh, but a little too heavy on the condiments. That's the only thing that was an opportunity to improve. And even that is just my preference. Jerk link was HOT! delicious.

Cozy quick food. I don't feel like I'm sitting in the middle of the airport to eat.

Music on the T.V was so loud we couldn't even converse with one another, much less hardly hear the lady to take our order. The lady wasn't very nice, but was polite periodically. Food was ok. Experience was not enough to make me want to eat here again if I fly through ATL.

Horrible service today. Could not get staff off the phone long enough to place order.

At 645 pm. They were only selling beer . no food says closing soon . web site says they are open to 11 . not professional or courteous. Appeared to,be just lazy .

Not a lot of choice at the airport if you hankering for tube steak. Below is the beer brat with onions and peppers. The fries are waffle if you have a preference. All that with beer was 21 dollars (airport inflation). Other than that ok brat.

Excellent food and service

Just left Links Grill 9/24/2018, 11:30 am. The young lady was very unprofessional and needs customer service training. I simply asked her a question of do you guys have combos she proceeded to walk off from the register talking to me with her back turned, walk to the back of the store and looked at me and ask me for my order, I stated sorry ma’am but I had asked you a question and her reply rudely she said “I told you we didn’t have no combos so what is your order”! I nicely said I’m sorry but I didn’t hear you and no thanks I would no longer like to order anything from her as I felt she was being rude. She then dismissed and said ok bye, have a nice day! I will never step foot in there again and I will tell all my travel partners not to also.

Not many dive bars at airports, but this one qualifies. Decent beer prices for the airport, food is what it is. Staff is generally a fun bunch.

Horrible experience!! The 2 employees had no idea what they were doing and could have cared less. The soda was warm (didn't have any cold) and they don't have ice. Ordered a hot dog and fries - and they forgot the fries. After I reminded them, they again forgot them...if you can believe that. Finally I got them. And before you think...they must have been busy....NO. There was only myself and 2 other customers. They turned other customers away who wanted Gyros because they didn't have Gyro bread. Don't even bother with this place. The hot dog was actually pretty good though and the hot dog buns were good / nice and toasted.

Basic airport food however it was pretty good

Had Chile dogs. Chile was dry, yes dry like powder and greasy. Onion rings were very good.

Jerked chicken is not even close. Don't waste your time buying it until they can figure out the recipe. Another guys food was undercooked to the point of almost raw.

Impossible burger! They will prep it like a cheesesteak upon request. A plant-based Christmas miracle! I ALWAYS try to swing by Gate C35 when I come thru ATL airport!

Stop at this spot because the menu drew me in. Originally from Chicago I was happy to see a few items I worming trying. It was only one other patron in front of me so I figured it shouldn’t take long. NOPE!!!! First the employee seemed to be more interested in talking to another employee than helping us. When he handed the lady in front of me her order and apologize for the wait, I felt my customer service hairs rise. Sure enough he did acknowledge me or anyone else (as a line had formed behind me) until after he again spoke to the other employee behind the door. Finally he asks what I would like and when ordered the Italian Sausage he says “oh we only have beef hot dogs”. Looks behind me and states “ y’all gonna have to bear with me I’m the only one here”. The only saving grace is that the hot dog was great, but the customer service was non existent!!!

My favorite "hole-in-the-wall" eatery at Hartsfield. Fantastic food and great employees! Don't blink or you'll walk right past it!

Here at this very moment and although my Italian sausage is good, I won't come back. The manager is training and a young lady here placed a deposit bag in front of me to fill out a bank deposit slip. The manager has her move so that she's not right in front of me while eating (which I appreciated or so i thought), but he takes her to the other side (it is very small here, standing room only) and he proceeds to tell her don't set paperwork down in front of customers or they are all in your business..."they so nosey just eat your food and get up out my face" is what he said. Plus a lady returned because they forgot her fries...there are 4 people working and one other customer besides myself. Maybe if they cared about doing a good job instead of socializing they wouldn't have missed part of her order. Very disappointed...I frequent this airport for work travel, but I won't return as this visit has made me write off Links Grill.

I thought the workers were really friendly and the Chicago Dog was good. I would eat here again.

This young lady who runs the counter is rude. She needs training in the worst way or has a problem with other ethnic groups. She refused food at 6 30 PM and it does not close until 11 PM. All the young men seen to be nice and do not seem prejudiced. This girl needs diversity training.

I had a gyro I was very unhappy because my meat was crunchy and hard and they piled the onions on one spot

Don't come here expecting some gourmet hot dog experience. They cook Boar's Head links and serve them with Chik-fil-a waffle fries. They are efficient and the place looks clean. Space is limited with only 7 counter seats so no time to linger. Come here when tired of standard airport options and wanting a quick no nonsense dog. Classic Dog starts at $7+, fries are $3+.

If I can convince anyone not to go here I'll be happy. Asked the cashier how long it would take she said 5 minutes more like 15, not good when your flight boards soon. They gave someone who ordered a few people after me the same order before I got mine. The hotdog itself, just the sausage, was good quality but the way they dressed it was awful. The relish was more brown than green. Fries were cold.

This plas has awesome dogs...highly recommended
